Refugees, aliens, animals.

These are some of the terms used to identify my people over the last nine months.

We are not refugees, we are not numbers, we are not “third world”.

We are human beings with names.

We have dreams and talents.

VESSEL seeks to restore humanity in a world determined to dehumanise and divide.

Our mission is simple: to champion and directly support artists in and from messed-up situations.

For we know that in the darkest of experiences, the greatest art is often born.

VESSEL believes this art can liberate us all.

Welcome to the exhibition. This exhibition takes place not on canvas, paper or film but on your clothes. You, the people, are the gallery, the VESSEL.

As our name suggests, we are but a vessel for artists and creatives to remind the world that we are more than the statistics appearing on news cycles. We are talented individuals.

How Our Mission Will be Achieved:

Creative spaces are no longer championing the creatives. In the name of profit alone, big names and global corporations have dominated the platform.

VESSEL seeks to combine both fashion and art, with the promotion of the artist ever at the forefront.

We are for the creatives by the creatives. VESSEL vows to place people over profit. For this reason, profit is shared equally with the artist.
