Captured by photographer Elias Halabi, this image reflects the daily intrusion of Israel’s occupation into everyday life.

In 2002, Israel illegally destroyed over 3,000 homes and vast areas of Palestinian agricultural land to build a wall that turned towns and villages into isolated enclaves - including right outside Elias’s house, forcing his family out of their home.
